Getting Your Adsense Code

The following instructions and screen shots might make it a bit easier to get your Adsense code the first time. We'll lead you through the process, step by step.



STEP ONE: Go to
https://www.google.com/adsense/
and login to your Adsense account.






STEP TWO: Once you've logged in, you'll see this screen. Choose the link circled in red.






STEP THREE: Then you'll see this screen. Click the link circled in red.





STEP FOUR: Then you'll see this screen. Click the radio button next to "Text Ads Only".

Then go to the bottom of the page and click "Continue".




STEP FIVE: Now you'll see a screen containing these choices. Choose the options shown in this screenshot.

Then click the "Continue" button at bottom of the page.




STEP SIX:

On the next page you'll see some dialogs about channels. Ignore it for now, and click the "Continue" button at bottom of the page.




STEP SEVEN:

Now you are presented with the code that will create your Adsense ads. Copy this code, and paste it in to your website.




If you are a Publisher-For-You customer, go to the Ad Manager in your control panel, choose Adsense Ads, and paste this code in to the provided form. Your Adsense ads will be added to every page of your site.

This little tutorial is designed just to make your first trip through your Adsense account a bit easier.

As you become more familiar with your Adsense account, you can go through the process described again, making the choices that suit your situation the best, and get new code.
